With over two decades in the property and construction industry, my journey has culminated as the CEO and founder of a forward-thinking organisation. My core competencies include leadership, governance, strategic vision, change management, and technology change management, with a particular passion for integrating artificial intelligence and blockchain to drive organisational and societal advancement. My personal and professional mission aligns with creating economic and social value through innovation and strategic technology adoption, focusing on transforming organisations for the AI and tech-focused future through best practice implementation strategy, governance and measurement standards for continuous improvement.
Having undertaken a range of construction projects for government and institutional sector clients in the UK and New Zealand, I have a particular drive and passion for making property, infrastructure, and construction investment assessment, design, procurement, and delivery processes more efficient, consistent, and fair. This can, however, be applied to all organisations in the public and private sectors, here in Aotearoa and internationally.
