Notice of 28th Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 28th Annual General Meeting of RIMAS will be held on Tuesday, 16th February 2016 at 6.30 p.m. at Metropolitan YMCA Singapore, Cassia, Level 2, 60 Stevens Road, Singapore 257854.

The Governing Council hereby advises that the businesses to be transacted at the 28th Annual General Meeting are as follows:

1.    President's Report
2.    Honorary Treasurer's Report
3.    Election of Office Bearers
4.    Appointment of Auditors
5.    Any Other Matters

If any member would like to transact any other business, they must write to the Honorary Secretary, c/o RIMAS Secretariat, together with your nomination, if any, the names of the proposer and the seconder, not less than 7 days before the Annual General Meeting.

Please complete the attached registration form if you wish to attend the AGM and return it to the Honorary Secretary by 9th February 2016.
