Student Chapter

The Risk Management Society Nanyang Technological University is a youthful organization dedicated towards risk management and character building.

The Risk Management Society NTU Chapter is the first of its kind to be set up in a tertiary institution. The student body has a parent club RIMAS, which has assisted the society with news, seminars, workshops and current updates of risk management knowledge.

The activities the society will be organizing workshops, seminars to promote the concept of risk management, responsibility and leadership among undergraduates in the University. Risk Management, and the benefits thereof, are better understood and many large companies now have personnel who are specially assigned risk management duties. Some companies in fact have established risk management divisions in order to provide risk services to their clients

There is a bright future for risk management practitioners as the benefits of sound risk management strategies become increasingly recognized throughout the business community.
